Out of all the yoga vids I have tried (quite a number!) I have found yours to be the most inspirational. I love the way you integrate yoga with both emotional and meridian energies…helps to make it a lot more meaningful. Its also HARD! which makes you want to keep coming back for more. THANK YOU! Can’t wait for your next DVD.
