The workshops will focus on the study of yoga asana from Oki-do teachings. Ishii and Hisae&#8217;s unique system of self-massage, sotai and corrective exercises can make a profound difference to asana practice and overall wellbeing. They&#8217;ve developed this way of practice over the last 30 years. The workshop will also include useful warmups and practical philosophy for daily life. Open to the public &#8211; first in best served!</p>
