A couple of years after filming YOGA TV, I furthered my yoga study by studying Ryoho Yoga with the amazing Andzrej Gospodarczyk and Lisa Foster. Then I had the chance to shoot this DVD for Team Unity Fitness. The DVD has two classes: morning/ beginner (for energy and good digestion) and evening/ intermediate (for stress and lower back release. Nils Vesk from YOGA TV also makes an appearance (Barbs moved to a beautiful place by the sea and had babies!) You can now buy it through my shop.
Hi! I just wanted to tell you how much I love this DVD, it’s just amazing! First time I did class 1 I went to work bouncing on the balls of my feet, after a long period of gloomy winter depression that left me drained of energy.
You are just an incredible instructor! This is the first fitness DVD I’ve bothered to use twice (let alone regularly) and it only took a couple of sessions before I knew it all by heart and only needed to listen to your voice to remember my focus points and breathing.
Yeah, I want more. More DVD’s. More of your amazing classes! Is Yoga TV out on DVD’s? If not, maybe it should be?
Got your Yoga dvd as a gift and cant believe how much its helping me i am trully gratefull and plan to keep it up for as long as i can i just hope you can keep me posted on future dvds and methods?

Hey!Your DVD is the best! I love it, and I´m getting out of bed at 5 in the morning,every day, to have time to do my “morning- yoga” before i go to work. And I do the seccond lession before I get to bed at night. I can do the wheel pose again for the first time in 20 yars! I don´t know what it is doing to me, but it is amasing. I have lots of energy, my depression is blown away, I am gaining some weight again (I needed that)and I am back to my good old, happy, smiling me again! I also want more! I have been really addicted! Please make more DVD´s!

I too love your yoga DVD and am disappointed to hear that you are not making more.
I particularly like the way you target issues (physical and emotional) and hoped that you had more exercises to bring balance.
Also your floor work meant that my injured knees were not strained in anyway.
Thanks for your great work. I wish you lived in Melbourne.

Thank you for introducing Ki Yoga in my life, it is a great value. I did Yoga in the past, however your classes brought a new dimension. It is fun and works incredibly well
