Cosmopolitan magazine recently asked me to share some yoga, tips and tricks for dealing with digestive problems covering the whole gamut from constipation and diarrhoea, to bloating, irritable bowel syndrome and sugar cravings. Very nice post with illustrative diagrams; Goji berries are helpful to improve the health of the digestive system. One of my relatives recommended Proleva for me and then on I see new me.
