YOGA TV DVDs available

YOGA TV DVDs are now available through my Shop. The Anti-Aging/ Staying Young DVD includes over 2.5 hours of yoga with seven classes to address common health issues and trouble spots for young and old:  

Class 1 – Blood pressure and circulation
Class 2 – Circulation and energy 
Class 3 – Flexibility and hormones
Class 4 – Hearing, eyesight and awareness
Class 5 – Heart and blood pressure 
Class 6 – Balance and confidence
Class 7 – Confidence, strength and vitality

    I would love to be on your mailing list, as I would also like to purchase the ‘Team Unity Fitness DVD’. I never missed an episode of YTV and really miss it. I was wondering if a dvd was available of the whole YTV series that aired between 2001-2004 (can’t remember exactly when but I remember how effective it was for my overall wellbeing).
    If you could help that would be wonderful.

    My wife, Fabiola, is Mexican, and has become very interested in yoga. We live in Sonora, Mexico, and while recently shopping at a Costco Wholesale Warehouse in Mexicali, Baja California, we purchased a package which included the Team Unity Fitness DVD, a music CD, a Yoga Handbook in 6 languages, and a yoga mat. We knew nothing about you previously, but Fabi has been using your program daily for the past few weeks, telling me that it is the best instruction she has found, and asked me to research you on the internet to see what else you had available.
